Billing and Payment: GeBO to bill the client 5 days after cut off dates (15th & 30th of the month). Payment shall be deposited to the GeBO dollar account 7 days after billing.

Other Conditions: GeBO is free to hire staff and/or subcontractors as necessary, but shall be accountable for the quality, TAT and confidentiality agreement of that extended party. Client representative has the appropriate authority to undertake this agreement (please attach appropriate board resolution).
